Last week, I introduced how I chat with my passengers during Uber rides I give. I had expected to review some of the frequent questions I receive. However, it was suggested I make this deeper dive.
At the start of the ride, I share that I have two goals during the ride. My primary goal is giving them the ride they want so at the end of the ride, they’re relaxed and glad they rode with me. My secondary goal is to have shared my message of insights and experiences that may benefit them in their journey.
I tell my passengers I love to chat, and they will not have a quiet ride unless they tell me they want a quiet ride. I ask, “Is that fair enough?” Most agree, while some ask for a quiet ride.
I begin with asking them if they wanted to grow flowers, they would plant the seeds, water, and nurture them, give them energy to grow. Correct? When they agree, I describe that when I look around at our community, our country and our world, I want to see more acceptance, forgiveness, and love. I want to see harmony and peace.
So, I’m sharing these insights and experiences, planting seeds of awareness. I wrote a book, my website and a new post every Sunday to nurture the seeds.
I begin with telling them they are more important and more loved than they can imagine. And so are (I point my finger as if pointing at different people) you, you, and you. That, if they will accept and embrace that, it will change their world.
I introduce my Life APP (as I previously described) here, here, and here and how it assists me to embrace the changes I seek in my life.
Wayne Dyer said, “If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.”
Many of my passengers have told me they agree with what I’ve said, visit my website, and then Contact Me with comments and questions.
I invite you to share what you think. Looking forward to hearing from you!
Until next time,
Joe
